About the civic association
Who We Are
Founded in 1985, the LFCA is an independent non-profit neighborhood association run by elected homeowner volunteers. We work closely with the Lakewood Forest Fund (HOA) and the Lakewood Residents' Club to co-host community events and initiatives that benefit our neighborhood.

Membership in the LFCA is completely voluntary, supported by a $15 annual donation. These funds directly support our community events, school donations, and neighborhood improvement projects. Your participation makes a difference!
